I visited the restaurant yesterday just before closing.

Thank you for your kind attention to detail even though it was last minute.
I have been visiting the store from time to time since it was built, and each time I am pleasantly surprised by the stylish interior and the flippancy of the staff.

Yesterday was my first try at the store's limited edition Tagame cider.
I have been pondering whether the meat of the turtles can be compared to something ... . But this morning I finally found an analogy for the taste.
The taste of this turtledove is ... . It's beef stew (*but the texture was chicken lol), ！！！！！
*Taste and texture perception varies from person to person.

I will stop by again.

We visited on the evening of 2/4.
I ate crickets for the first time, but only the first bite took courage.
Almost boiled and dried, no discomfort. I was surprised that the turtles smelled good.
Cricket ice cream and turtles cider are complete.
Buy dried crickets as souvenirs.
First, we plan to try using it in cooking as a substitute for dried boiled and dried powder and sakura shrimps.
If we use it for cooking, it will slowly spread, but
I hope TAKEO will continue to develop interesting products.
The restaurant is smaller than expected.
It would be nice to have a space to relax and eat in.
I would also like more menus.

店舗が出来たことは以前から知っていたが、なかなか行く機会が無かった。埼玉県在住のため、TAKEO店舗だけが目的で上野まで行くのに躊躇いがあった。しかし、鉄道ダイヤを調べてみると大宮-上野が30分弱。距離はそこそこあっても時間的にはとても近くにあった。
店舗ではタガメサイダーとアイスを。アイスはコオロギなので安心感のある味に仕上がっていた。サイダーはトッピングされたタガメに驚かされた。TAKEO通販で買える乾燥タガメとは別物。ちゃんと肉っぽい。これからタガメを食べようという方には店舗へ赴くことをお勧めする。
店員さんの対応も素晴らしい。商品だけでなく、今後の戦略など、かなり踏み込んだ話題でも笑顔で答えてくれた。具体的に書いてしまうとネタバレになってしまうので割愛。気になる方は店舗へ。

I was interested in entomophagy and visited the store. We were warmly welcomed by the store staff and they kindly told us more about the products, including their taste and texture.
I ate a cricket moka and enjoyed the crunchiness of the crickets and the slightly shrimp-like aftertaste.
I enjoyed the conversation with the clerk and will continue to support TAKEO.

I learned a lot from him, even though I visited him unexpectedly, he was very courteous and taught me about his products.
I also tried the cricket morsels, which were delicious with a sesame flavor and no insect smell.

There are a lot of new products like furikake (sprinkles) and cider, and I'm looking forward to checking out more of TAKEO's products!

I visited for my child's free research.
At first I took a step back at the subject of entomophagy.
I tried the less visually stimulating "fried cricket pasta" and was surprised to find it surprisingly delicious.
The children seemed to like the "ice cream monaca" and ate the crickets without hesitation.
I will be able to do good free research this year. Thank you very much.

I had been curious about this mail-order store for some time, and when I learned that a physical store had opened, I decided to visit it anyway.

The restaurant is not large, but it is a simple natural space decorated with unpainted wood and very stylish, without any of the sense of surprise or fear often associated with entomophagy.

The clerk was polite and gently explained everything to me, and it was fun to talk about what I had been secretly thinking about entomophagy in a normal way. It made me think that I would like to try to find a friend.

The store's limited edition cricket monaka is filled with ice cream and is easy to eat even for first-timers, and it is a dish that will satisfy the hearts of those who go there to eat insects.

I would be happy to have such a stylish entomophagy café in the future. I am supporting it.

I had never eaten insects before, but I tried a cricket munchkin. Unlike its appearance, it was very tasty. Next time, I thought I would try grasshopper chocolate.

A friend happened to take me to Reptile Cafe Comsa and it was just too cute.
Eventually, I started to crave ghetto food, and I go there every week for fried gecko, alligator meat, insects, and so on.
I'm doing a full marathon, so I wanted to eat bugs more easily because they are a tremendous quality protein amino acid, and I asked for a great collaboration with carbohydrates.

I opened it up and there was a random chunk of chocolate in a zip-lop...
I felt it was a little different from what I expected, but it was delicious.
It's not too sweet, it's elegant and precious foodification, but it's a waste to just put it in a zip-lop...
There is not much sensation of insects in the food, and after eating it, a crispy substance is left in the mouth.
I wanted to eat a little more,...
I wish there were at least three of them in there.
It does not feel like insects at all, so people who do not like insects can eat it without any resistance.

I was able to talk with the staff about entomophagy, which further increased my interest in entomophagy.
I purchased a scorpion and a tarantula this time, but would definitely like to try other insects.

The cricket ice cream was sweet, crispy & crunchy. It was not too sweet, so it was refreshing.

I bought the cricket pasta last time and gave it to my friends and they all enjoyed it, saying it was easy to eat and very tasty. I'm really looking forward to their new stuff!

I pass by the store every morning and have been curious about it for a long time.
I stopped by on my way home from work and was able to eat crickets as usual lol.
